AI-native by design
A product built around models from the first sketch behaves differently from one that had AI added later. We start there — and we are equally clear about where deterministic software must remain in charge.
ILMORA AI Technologies Private Limited was incorporated in Hyderabad on 25 March 2026 with a narrow conviction: the most valuable thing frontier AI can do for an Indian business is not a chatbot on the website — it is quietly removing the manual work that consumes the operations team every month.
We looked for a problem where that was measurably true and found it in billing. Indian organisations of every size — clinics, schools, societies, utilities — generate bills reliably and then lose days to delivering, chasing and reconciling them. The rails to fix it already exist. The software does not.
So we are building it. BillFlow India is our flagship platform and the whole company's focus: presentment on WhatsApp, collection on India's payment rails, reconciliation and receipting without a spreadsheet in sight, and AI doing the follow-up work no one enjoys.
To turn frontier AI into practical, reliable software that removes operational drag for growing Indian organisations.

02
Designing for Indian rails, languages, price points and network conditions is not a constraint on quality. It is a specification — and meeting it properly produces software that would hold up anywhere.
03
We handle money and personal data, so we collect the minimum, keep it in India, secure it properly, and never make data resale part of the business. Trust compounds; so does its absence.
04
Billing systems are load-bearing infrastructure for the organisations that run on them. We build for uptime, auditability and boring reliability rather than for a launch.
A small team, deliberately. Decisions are made by the people who build the product.
