These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.ilmora-ai.com and its content (the “Website”), operated by ILMORA AI Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62099TS2026PTC213579), registered office at 21-4-1132, Hussainialam, Bahadurpura, Hyderabad – 500064, Telangana, India (“ILMORA”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Scope

These terms cover the Website only. Access to and use of our products, including BillFlow India, is governed by a separate written agreement — a master subscription agreement, order form or design partner agreement — which prevails over these terms for that product. Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance or a commitment to provide any product or service level.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable Indian law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, or any connected system or network; or probe, scan or test its vulnerability without our prior written consent.
  • Introduce malware, or interfere with the Website's availability, integrity or performance, including by automated scraping that imposes an unreasonable load.
  • Submit false, misleading or third-party personal information through our forms, or use them to send unsolicited commercial communication.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, frame or mirror any part of the Website except as permitted by law.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Website, in whole or in part, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — text, design, layout, graphics, logos, marks including “ILMORA” and “BillFlow India”, software and documentation — is owned by ILMORA or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation of our products, provided you do not remove any proprietary notices. No other licence, express or implied, is granted. Third-party names referred to on the Website remain the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively only.

4. Forward-looking and product information

BillFlow India is in active development. Descriptions of features, capabilities, timelines and roadmap items on the Website are provided for information, may change without notice, and are not a warranty, representation or contractual commitment. You should not make purchasing decisions in reliance on features that are not generally available.

5. No professional advice

Content on the Website, including material referring to taxation, GST invoicing, payment regulation or data protection, is general information and not legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice. Obtain your own professional advice before acting on it.

6. Disclaimers

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the Website is free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ILMORA, its directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. Our aggregate liability in connection with the Website will not exceed ₹10,000. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.

8. Third-party links

The Website may link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that site's terms.

9. Privacy

Personal data submitted through the Website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold ILMORA harmless from claims, liabilities, losses and reasonable expenses arising out of your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Website.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time by publishing an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Website after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the Website.

13. Severability and entire terms

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire terms between you and ILMORA regarding the Website.
