WhatsApp-native presentment
Bills, reminders and receipts on the channel your payers already read, with interactive pay / view / query buttons and template management handled for you.
The problem
A clinic, a coaching institute, a housing society and a small ISP all have the same month: generate a few hundred or a few thousand bills, push them out however they can, then spend days chasing the ones that did not come back.
A free QR code moves money. It does not run a billing operation — it cannot tell you who has paid, remind the people who have not, issue a receipt that survives an audit, or answer a payer's question at 9pm in Telugu.
Delivery has no state. Nobody knows whether a bill was seen, let alone acted on.
Bank statements matched to spreadsheets, line by line, every month — the single largest time sink in the cycle.
Reminders happen when someone remembers, in a tone that either annoys good payers or fails to move late ones.
Hundreds of millions of payers would rather transact in their own language, and quietly don't when they can't.
How it works
STEP 01
BillFlow generates the bill from your data — imported, entered, or pushed from your existing system — and delivers it on WhatsApp as an interactive message with Pay, View bill and Ask a question actions. Delivery and read state come back into the dashboard.
STEP 02
One tap opens payment: UPI, cards, net banking, NACH e-mandate for recurring dues, or Bharat Connect so the bill can be paid from any UPI or banking app the payer already trusts. No app to install, no login to remember.
STEP 03
The payment is matched to the bill the instant it settles, the ledger updates, and a GST-compliant receipt goes back to the payer. Exceptions — part payments, offline cash, duplicates — surface as a short worklist instead of a spreadsheet hunt.
Capabilities
Presentment, payment, reconciliation, receipting and follow-up are one system — not four tools stitched together with exports.
Bills, reminders and receipts on the channel your payers already read, with interactive pay / view / query buttons and template management handled for you.
UPI, cards, net banking, NACH e-mandate for recurring dues and Bharat Connect — one payment link, whichever rail the payer prefers.
Every settlement matched to its bill in real time, with a clean audit trail and an exception worklist for the handful of cases that need a human.
Tax-correct invoices and receipts generated automatically, numbered in sequence, delivered to the payer and available to your accountant as structured data.
Reminder timing tuned to Indian salary dates and festival cycles, message tone matched to the payer's history, and delinquency risk signals that tell you where attention is worth spending.
A conversational assistant answers “what is this charge?”, “can I pay half now?” and “send me last year's receipts” in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam and Gujarati — plus English.
Publish your bills to the national bill-payment network so payers can settle them from any UPI or banking app, and you still see one reconciled ledger.
Bring a spreadsheet or connect an API, verify your business, configure bill templates and start collecting — without a three-month implementation project.
Who it's for
Consultation and test bills sent the moment the visit ends, with receipts patients can actually find later.
Term fees, instalments and transport dues collected without the front office becoming a call centre.
Monthly maintenance, sinking fund and one-off levies with a ledger the committee and residents both trust.
Recurring subscriptions and metered dues on e-mandate, with dunning that reduces involuntary churn.
Property tax, water charges and trade licences payable in the citizen's own language, from any app.
Built responsibly
BillFlow handles names, phone numbers, amounts owed and payment history — details people expect to be treated carefully. Our design assumptions are consent first, collect only what the billing job needs, and keep it in India.
Read the full Privacy Policy for how this works in practice, including data-principal rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Purpose-bound processing with a clear notice, and consent artefacts recorded against every payer record.
Primary storage, backups and processing in Indian cloud regions, encrypted in transit and at rest.
We never sell, rent or broker your data or your payers' data. It is not part of our business model.
AI drafts and prioritises; deterministic systems hold the ledger. Nothing debits an account because a model suggested it.
BillFlow India is in active development. We are onboarding a small number of design partners now — organisations that bill at least a few hundred payers a month and are willing to work closely with us while the product hardens.
